Walking Dead Movie Rumors

AMC's The Walking Dead could wind up on the big screen eventually. Emphasis on "could" and "eventually."

Bloody Disgusting has the inside chatter from "friends working closely with The Walking Dead crew and AMC" who say that there are "rumblings" of a feature film. The site cautions though that "nothing is even close to official and don’t expect there to be any real talks for another few years."

Don't forget, The Walking Dead was in the works as a movie at one point. That said, launching a TV show to the big screen is a very difficult proposition -- they are such different beasts.
