Firefall dev unveils founders program, item store

Red5, the developer behind Firefall, announced the details of their Founder's Pack today which will offer hardcore fans and beta participants the opportunity to get in on the ground floor by supporting the title early.

The three tiers of founders packages offer players things like lifetime XP boosts, tiki mask gifts for friends, name reserves, and a ton of other goodies detailed here.

The packs range from $15 to $75, and are detailed more thoroughly here. 

Red 5 also announced that they will feature an item store in the game, but have vowed never to offer power items, or charge players for zones. Instead, they said they're focusing on aesthetic items and things that will be fun for the player.
